Safety first, folks! When you arrive fashionably late, it throws off the coach's groove and distracts your fellow REBLS trying to get in the zone. Plus, we can't guarantee you'll be all set for the class if you've missed out on any explanations or demos at the start and we want to make sure you have the best time ever. That's why we don't allow ANY late-comers after the studio doors have shut. We recommend arriving 10 -15 minutes early, and we'll make sure you're fully geared up to make the most of your sweaty time with us!

12-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW

Went out last night and don’t think you’ll be able to make it through a sweaty workout tomorrow morning? We get it - life happens! Our cancellation window is 12 hours so we ask that you un-reserve your spot in the class before that window to not incur any penalties. All cancellations done within the 12-hour window will be considered late cancellations. This means that you lose your credit or get a $10 late-cancellation fee charged to your account (for unlimited memberships). If you simply don’t show up to class, that’s considered a no-show and you’ll lose your credit or get a $20 no-show fee charged to your account (for unlimited memberships).

WAITLIST POLICY

The class you wanted to take is full? No worries - add yourself to the waitlist! Our waitlist automatically adds anyone from the waitlist to the class as soon as a spot becomes available (up to 2 hours prior to the class start time), so make sure that if you can’t make it to the class any longer, you remove yourself from the waitlist. A no-show will result in a lost credit or penalty fee.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds on class packs or memberships. Please make sure to read the terms and conditions of each purchase option. Most class packs have a 1-year expiry date. Memberships will auto-renew monthly unless the client asks for a non-renewal of the membership BEFORE the next payment cycle.
