In our ONE BOXING class, you’ll be switching sides only once. This means longer rounds at the bag and bench.
You’ll explore more complex boxing combinations on the bag side and a mixture of dynamic and strength-building exercises on the bench side.
WHAT DO I NEED?
This class is accessible to all fitness levels. We do recommend trying our BURN BOXING class first to get a feel for the workout!
