BURN BOXING

This is our cardio-focused class!
Burn Boxing is our cardio-dominant workout. The bag combos are less complex and the weight training is more dynamic. This class is perfect for cardio lovers. Expect to burn 600-800 calories in this class. This class is perfect for first-timers as the combos are less complex.
Boxing: Time to get in the ring and in the zone. Learn the basics of boxing on our aqua-bags using authentic boxing combinations. You’ll learn the 6 classic boxing punches at the start of class. Ding Ding! You’re a boxer now.
Strength: Welcome to the bench side! Here, you’ll use a bench and dumbbells to execute exercises that will compliment your boxing. You’ll strengthen your upper body, lower body, and core. Welcome to the club.
BOXING MADE ACCESSIBLE
No experience needed. Our workout is for everyone and for any level of fitness. Our aqua-bags can take a punch without hitting back 😜
